The course will provide learners with an insight into anxiety and wellbeing of adults with a focus on childhood anxiety. The anxiety and CBT course will introduce learners to different aspects of generalised anxiety disorder, improving mental health and wellbeing as well as building on your knowledge of the various forms of support available to all.
